How to purchase items online

It's easy, once you find an item you like, you must select the size you need and simply click "add to shopping bag". You may view your shopping bag at anytime by clicking on "view your shopping bag" at the top right hand corner of every page.

Once you have viewed your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the left of the items and clicking recalculate after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Once you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping bag, click on "buy now". If you are a new customer, you will need to register as a new account. If you have purchased items with us before, all you have to enter is your email address and the password you created for your account. If you are signed up on our email list, you will still have to register because you have not purchased with us before.



 
Why do I need to register?

In order to make a purchase you must register. This creates an account that only you can access. You may access your account by using your email address and password. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

You may register by clicking on “My Account” and then click on “create new user”. If you have items in your shopping bag and you are ready for checkout, you can simply click on “submit order” and it will take you to our register page.



 
I forgot my password?

Simply go to “my account” and click on the “forgot your password” link. By providing your email address or credit card number, via a secure, encrypted connection, InStyleGirl.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting “my account” once you log in successfully.



 
How do I change my password?

Click on the “my account” link on the bar at the top right hand of any page, then click on the link that says “change password”. Click on “save profile”. Your password will now be changed.



 
How do I change my account profile?

Click on “my account” and click “modify my profile”. Make the changes to your account and click on “save profile”. The changes made will be saved to your account profile.



 
How do I purchase a gift card?

You may purchase gift cards online. They will be emailed to the gift recipient. Please provide recipients email address and any special message that you would like included.



 
How do I redeem my gift card?

At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift card number in the field “Redeem your gift card”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift card from your order total.

If your gift card is more than the total purchase, the total purchase will be deducted from your gift card, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.



 
Do you offer gift box/wrap services?

InStyleGirl.com will gift box your order providing you select this option at checkout; this service costs $6.00. Our gift box service system is as follows: the merchandise is wrapped in pink tissue and sealed with our signature label and placed inside a glossy pink gift box.

Gift box is topped off with a chocolate brown satin ribbon. You are asked at checkout to include a gift message if you desire. This message is printed on a gift card, and included in the gift box.

The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form.



 
Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Tennessee addresses.

Taxes may differ if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada.

 


 
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, money orders and cashiers checks.

If paying with a money order or cashiers check, merchandise will not be shipped until InStyleGirl.com receives payment.



 
Is my credit card information safe?

You are protected of credit card fraud when you shop at InStyleGirl.com.

We use Skipjack Store Sense. Skipjack Store Sense encrypts credit card information so no one can read it but us.



 
How do I know if an item is unavailable?

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

We may also notify you of alternate colors and sizes if they are available. Changes to your order will be made and reflected in your order total as well as your invoice.



 
What does it mean if an item is on back order?

Periodically, we will take an order for items that are temporarily out of stock, however we plan to receive them soon.

You will be notified of the delay via email and these items will be shipped to you as soon as we obtain them. You will not be charged until the items are shipped.



 
What is your returns/exchange policy?

Returns

InStyleGirl.com prides itself on making your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We want you to enjoy every item you purchase from us. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items, with tags attached, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. (See exceptions below). Simply follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included in your package. Pack and seal the merchandise in a secure box and send to InStyleGirl.com. Please make sure you include the completed return/exchange form with your merchandise. If form is not complete or is not sent, we can not process your return. InStyleGirl.com is not responsible for products lost before they reach InStyleGirl.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as Fedex or UPS, where you can track your package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges

InStyleGirl.com will gladly let our customers exchange items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have tags attached. (See exceptions below). Simply follow the exchange policy instructions on the invoice included in your package. Pack and seal the merchandise in a secure box and send to InStyleGirl.com. Please make sure you include the completed return/exchange form with your merchandise. If form is not complete or not sent, we can not process your exchange. If merchandise is available, we will send out your order and charge your account as soon as we receive your return.

InStyleGirl.com is not responsible for products lost before they reach InStyleGirl.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as Fedex or UPS, where you can track your package.

What are your return/exchange exceptions?

InStyleGirl.com will not accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, lingerie, undergarments, or closeout items. Items that are on sale for 50% off the original price or more are considered closeout items and can not be returned or exchanged. If a shoe box has been damaged, altered or taped, InStyleGirl.com can refuse to accept this as a valid return/exchange. Swimwear returns will be accepted as long as the panty guard is still in place. Legally, we are not allowed to accept returns on swimwear that has had the panty guard removed.



 
When will my credit card get refunded?

Once we receive you package at InStyleGirl.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Remember your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from InStyleGirl.com.

What are your shipping guidelines?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability. All orders placed after 1pm CST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours pending availability. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm CST Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. InStyleGirl.com will contact you if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. Fedex ground is our method of delivery. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
